Ocean Beach

Ocean Beach is a neighborhood at the southern end of Vice Beach in Vice-Dale County, Leonida. Available material places it south of State Route 10, although that boundary has not been confirmed. Its main road runs beside the beach and is lined with Art Deco hotels and restaurants.

The neighborhood appears in footage from the September 2022 leaks, where clips set in Vice Beach seem to take place there. A test-bed clip includes a police uniform marked "Ocean Beach Police Department". Official material later uses the Vice Beach Police Department name, while the patch in the earlier footage identifies Ocean Beach.

Rockstar officially shows Ocean Beach in the first trailer and names it in the Vice City description on the promotional website. Its shown and listed hotels include the Atlantis Hotel, Bayfront Heights, Boardwalk Hotel, Cordelia Hotel, Hotel Dixon, Neptune Hotel, Ocean View Hotel and Seahorse Hotel.
