Seahorse Hotel

The Seahorse Hotel appears on an Ocean Drive-inspired road in Ocean Beach, Vice Beach, next to the Cordelia Hotel. It first appears in the background of an extended version of the first official Grand Theft Auto VI artwork. The ground floor seems to contain a restaurant, with outdoor tables and seating along the street.

The hotel is seen again in the second trailer. Trees partly conceal the building while Jason Duval lifts weights at an outdoor gym on the opposite side of the road. The view places the Seahorse Hotel across the street from the gym.

The Seahorse Hotel is based on the former Casablanca Hotel. That real building is now part of a hotel complex, whose other hotel provides the basis for the neighboring Cordelia Hotel.
