Brian's Boat Works & Marina

Brian's Boat Works & Marina, also called Brian's Marina, is a boatyard and marina on Key Lento, in the Leonida Keys. The publicly released trailer footage, screenshots and artwork show its main structure as a large green boathouse. A red roof sign reads "BRIAN'S MARINA", while a fascia sign promotes boat repairs, equipment and storage and gives the business phone number.

Brian Heder runs the marina with Lori Heder, his wife, and staff including Jason Duval and Cal Hampton. The business is presented as an apparently legitimate operation, although official material identifies it as the base for Brian's drug-smuggling work in the Leonida Keys. The premises combine the boatyard and marina operations under Brian's name.

A company-branded Dodo is shown as the operation's primary transport aircraft. Brian's Boat Works & Marina appears more than once in the second trailer and in official screenshots and artwork. The released material places the business on Key Lento, within Leonida's island chain known as the Leonida Keys, rather than elsewhere in the state.
