The building is seen from Route 2, where its sign identifies the former business as Burnout Scooters. The footage presents the dealership as part of Port Gellhorn's roadside commercial strip.

The dealership stands beside Watkins Auto Parts along Route 2. Its exterior is run-down and covered in vandalism, and the visible condition suggests that Burnout Scooters has closed permanently. No activity at the business is shown in the trailer. The public material only establishes the building's location, its neighbouring auto-parts store and its derelict appearance.

Burnout Scooters is based on Wildfire Scooters, a real scooter dealership that formerly operated in the area that inspired Port Gellhorn. Wildfire Scooters has since been demolished. In the material released for Grand Theft Auto VI, Burnout Scooters remains visible as a shuttered building on Route 2 beside Watkins Auto Parts.
