City of Vice

Vice City lies on Leonida's southeastern coast in Vice-Dale County, where it is the county seat. Its mainland faces a bay in southern Leonida, while natural and artificial barrier islands divide it from Vice Beach, a neighbouring city within the Vice City metropolitan area. The city includes Downtown Vice City, Little Cuba, La Perle, Rockridge, Southside, Stockyard, Tequesta and Vice City International Airport.

Vice City is Leonida's most populous and densely populated city. It is known as the United States' sun-and-fun capital, with a waterfront skyline of skyscrapers and condominiums. PortViceCity, its namesake seaport, is described as the cruise ship capital of the world. The modern city draws on earlier versions of Vice City while presenting a twenty-first-century setting.

The city has long been associated with cocaine trafficking and money laundering, including smuggling by speedboat and narcosub. Crime is concentrated in some poorer and immigrant neighbourhoods, including La Perle and Little Cuba. Vice City is home to the Vice City Mambas, Vice City Manatees and Vice City Narcos. Fleeca Field stands in Rockridge, while Sahara Arena is in Downtown Vice City.
