Happy Nails is a nail salon in Port Gellhorn, Leonida. It occupies part of Crossroad Park Minimall, a strip mall beside Interstate 404 in the city.

The salon appears in Grand Theft Auto VI's second trailer. At 2:28, its storefront is visible among the businesses at Crossroad Park Minimall along Interstate 404.

Happy Nails appears to draw on the former Hawaiian Nails Spa in Callaway Village Square. That real strip mall was demolished after damage in 2018, and the business later relocated.
