Hotel Valetta

Hotel Valetta is a low-rise hotel shown in an official GTA VI screenshot filed under Vice City. The material available before the game's release presents the building from outside, with the hotel forming part of the city's coastal accommodation and leisure setting. No public material identifies any interior spaces, services or activities at the hotel.

The building has an L-shaped layout. Its main wing rises four storeys, while a shorter side wing has two storeys. Together, the wings surround a central swimming pool. Hotel Valetta uses Googie architecture, giving its low-rise structure a distinct contrast with the larger hotel connected beside it.

Hotel Valetta connects to The Fence, a larger hotel with a more Modernist design. Its real-world model is Motel Ankara, whose name, like Hotel Valetta's differently spelled name, refers to a national capital. Valetta takes its name from Valletta, the capital of Malta.
