The Fence

The Fence is a mid-rise hotel in Vice Beach, Vice City. It appears in an official Rockstar screenshot labelled under Vice City. The building is an eight-storey, L-shaped structure arranged around a central swimming pool.

The hotel forms part of a shared complex with Hotel Valetta. A two-storey central wing connects the two buildings and contains the pool area and an outdoor lounge.

Its design is modernist. The name plays on The Gates, with both a fence and a gate acting as barriers.
