Mount Kalaga National Park

Mount Kalaga National Park is a national park on the northern border of the State of Leonida. Rugged forests, canyons and riverways make up much of its landscape. A river passes through the park, with a rail bridge spanning the water. Its name comes from the Creek word "kalvgv", pronounced "KAH-luh-guh", which means "east" or "sunrise".

Fishing, kayaking, hunting and offroad racing take place among the park's forests, waterways and rough terrain. Deer, cougars and foxes live in the national park. The canyons and riverways provide the setting for its outdoor pastimes, while the rail bridge crosses the river that runs through Mount Kalaga National Park.

Mount Kalaga National Park draws much of its landscape from northern Florida and northern Georgia. Its canyon appears to take inspiration from a canyon in southwest Georgia, while Mount Kalaga resembles a mountain in western North Carolina. The river through the park is a rendition of the Suwannee River, and its rail bridge appears to be modeled on a bridge that crosses that river in Florida.
