Navaro Shipping Terminal is a seaport in Rockridge, a neighbourhood of Vice City in Vice-Dale County, Leonida. It stands beside an unnamed river flowing through the city, at an intersection within Rockridge.
Venture Apartments is positioned diagonally across the intersection from the terminal. The name "Navaro Shipping Terminal" can be seen faintly on the side of its building.
The terminal appears to take loose inspiration from the Sea Cana Terminal. Its design also seems to incorporate traits from a neighbouring building.
