The Sumerian

The Sumerian is a hotel in Downtown Vice City, within Vice-Dale County, Leonida. Publicly released material places it on Catalan Boulevard, near the Vice City Arts Center. It is one of the Vice City buildings shown before Grand Theft Auto VI's release.

The hotel has a tower joined to a parking podium. An official Vice City screenshot shows the podium from Catalan Boulevard, where a placard reads "Hotel Vice City." The available material does not show the hotel's interior or identify any of its facilities.

Its name refers to the Sumerians, the ancient people of southern Mesopotamia. The clock in The Sumerian's logo also alludes to their development of the sexagesimal, or base-60, system used for measuring time in the third millennium BC.
