Vice City Arts Center

Vice City Arts Center occupies both sides of Catalan Boulevard in Downtown Vice City, Vice-Dale County. The performing arts complex includes a concert hall, the Galina Ballet Opera House and a Vice City Metro Mule station. Its grounds also contain the Art Deco-era Palaestra Tower.

A footbridge crosses Catalan Boulevard to link the concert hall with the opera house. At the complex's east end, another pedestrian bridge connects the Metro Mule station area. The concert hall section stands near The Sumerian hotel tower, Interstate 404 and the Sahara Arena.

Palaestra Tower remains from an earlier Art Deco development on the site. The tower is retained during the construction of the arts center.
