Packer

The Packer is an MTL commercial heavy truck with a two-door cab and space for two people. Its GTA VI material identifies it as a car transporter semi-trailer truck, though the public footage does not show it loading or carrying vehicles.

It first appears at a distance on a main road in Leonard County during the first trailer, as Lucia and Jason flee in a Tulip. The truck is visible only briefly in the background.

Two Packers later drive through Port Gellhorn in the second trailer. Another enters the Allied Crystal Sugar Refinery in an Ambrosia promotional screenshot. Those later sightings appear to use an updated design compared with the Packer seen in the first trailer.
