◆She shares almost the same character model as Rose Eggers, down to the hairstyle. The only difference is that Elizabeth is clearly aged-up.
◆If Elizabeth is killed and then looted, Marston will hilariously call her "sir" or "partner", as if she were a male. This seems to be a beta bug or an oddity that was never fixed outside of her appearance in the Stranger mission, as modding Elizabeth into the game will make her behave like a male NPC. For example, she will walk like one, smoke with her hands on her pants, fix broken crates, etc.
◆Furthermore, if a gun is pointed at her, she'll make masculine screams of fear, or if the player tries to assault her, grunting noises. Marston will also make comments related to when he is fighting a male NPC.
