Notas del jugador

Michael se reúne con Dave Norton ante la FIB Headquarters, en Downtown Los Santos, donde Steve Haines y Andreas Sanchez lo esperan. Haines explica que la IAA interroga a Ferdinand Kerimov, el hombre al que Michael intentó identificar en la morgue, y teme que revele la corrupción de la FIB. Michael se niega a participar, pero Haines utiliza su autoridad sobre Dave para obligarlos a sacar a Kerimov de la IAA Headquarters.

Michael viaja con Dave al almacén Dutch London y llama a Franklin Clinton para implicarlo. Dave le revela que Trevor Philips ya ha sido avisado. En el almacén, Michael presenta a Franklin y Trevor, y les explica el operativo: Trevor pilotará el Frogger, Michael extraerá a Kerimov y Franklin cubrirá la operación con un rifle de francotirador. Trevor lleva a Michael a la IAA Headquarters, mientras Franklin toma posición sobre el Arcadius Business Center.

Michael desciende por la fachada de la IAA Headquarters y encuentra a Karen y otros agentes torturando a Kerimov. Rompe la ventana, captura a Kerimov y lo usa como escudo mientras Franklin abate a los agentes desde el otro lado de la calle. Trevor iza a Michael y a Kerimov, mientras Franklin elimina a quienes siguen disparando. Helicópteros de la IAA los persiguen. Franklin derriba uno, Michael destruye los demás y Trevor regresa al almacén Dutch London. Agentes de la FIB se llevan a Kerimov en una furgoneta, y Michael y Trevor se separan allí.

Curiosidades

  • ◆This mission was elaborated on page 2 of IGN's article, . Said article was published on September 3, 2013, two weeks before GTA V s release.
  • ◆In Game Informer s demo review, it was mentioned that the target would be injured due to one of the agents smashing a flashlight on his finger, causing his finger to bleed. However, in the actual game, there is no effect on his hands.
  • ◆In the Brazilian Portuguese version of the game, the name of the mission is "Dois é bom, Três é Foda", which can be literally translated as Two is good, Three is Fucked Up (probably making a reference to what Michael, Franklin and Trevor can do together).
  • ◆The mission bears some resemblance to the film The A-Team, where Hannibal Smith, Murdock, and B.A. use similar methods to extract a target.
  • ◆In the game's files and official soundtrack, this mission is referred to as "The Agency Heist".
  • ◆Even if Franklin has moved into his new house when this mission is started, Dave will still say they will send some agents to his aunt's house.
  • ◆During the mission, Franklin's Heavy Sniper will automatically have an advanced scope fitted and a much higher scope magnification. Should the player replace it with a regular scope after the mission, Franklin will still have to pay the regular installation price if he wants the advanced scope reinstalled.
  • ◆During the rappelling section, Michael fires his AP Pistol in three-round bursts instead of fully-automatic mode (though he can fire single or two-round burst shots if the player slightly taps the firing button).
  • ◆During the mission, Michael wears a grey/black jumpsuit with rappelling gear over it. The same jumpsuit is worn by Michael during The Merryweather Heist, and the outfit is also worn in addition to a balaclava during the rappelling part of the roof entry approach of The Bureau Raid. After completing the main storyline, the jumpsuit is added to the player's wardrobe, although the rappelling gear and the gas mask cannot be obtained.
  • ◆During this mission, Michael uses the Advanced Rifle, although the player will not be able to obtain it before completing The Big Score. If the mission is replayed, it will retain any added attachment.
  • ◆Franklin will always wear the same outfit in this mission. Immediately after the mission, the player may switch to Franklin and see him wearing what he wore prior to the mission.
  • ◆A pre-release photo from the mission shows Franklin in his default outfit, hinting that a particular outfit for the mission was not always intended by developers.
  • ◆After this mission, Michael will lose the 2000 ammo he gained for the Assault Rifle/Carbine Rifle in The Jewel Store Job. This is perhaps caused by a glitch.
  • ◆After the mission, the Frogger at Trevor's airfield will be his own custom-made version. It will respawn there if it is abandoned or destroyed, and will appear in several later missions as well.
  • ◆This is the first mission in the game to feature all three protagonists.
  • ◆This mission's name may be a reference to the GTA IV mission, Three's a Crowd. This is because Karen makes her first appearance in both missions across the games.
