Arthur llega a Braithwaite Manor, donde Penelope Braithwaite le cuenta que ella y Beau Gray planean abandonar a sus familias y empezar una vida juntos en Boston. Beau la espera en la estación de Rhodes, pero Penelope no puede salir de la propiedad sin escolta. Arthur acepta llevarla y cabalga con ella desde Braithwaite Manor, a través de Scarlett Meadows, rumbo a Rhodes.
En la estación, Penelope se reúne con Beau. Ella le pide a Arthur que los acompañe hasta la primera parada del tren, y él compra los billetes. Antes de que puedan subir, los primos de Beau, Iain y Scott Gray, reconocen a la pareja e intentan detenerla. Arthur pelea con los dos Gray y luego sube al tren con Beau y Penelope cuando parte de Rhodes hacia Saint Denis.

Curiosidades
- ◆Accepting the bracelet from Penelope will actually increase Arthur's honor rather than decreasing it. This may be due to Arthur fulfilling Hosea Matthews and Sean MacGuire's mission to rob the Braithwaites.
- ◆The bracelet sells for $75, which is approximately $3,028 in 2026.
- ◆Killing Scott or Iain will not fail the mission nor cause the player to lose honor.
- ◆If the player goes to Gertrude Braithwaite while taking Penelope to the train station additional dialogue can be heard.
- ◆During the ride to the station, Penelope will say "You don't know how hard that can be... to say something is wrong, when everyone around you thinks it's right", which could possibly reference the standoff at Beaver Hollow between Arthur, Dutch and Micah in "Red Dead Redemption".
- ◆Despite getting tickets for Saint Denis, the train heads westward and stops at Riggs Station, West Elizabeth, which is a considerably long distance away from its destination.
- ◆For some players, their horse will die in the train segment of the mission. To prevent that from happening, disembark just a little before the destination marker, that way you aren't forced off your horse. Then tell your horse to stay. Save before the mission for good measure. Your horse will spawn at the end station, safe and sound.
