Note del giocatore
Michael De Santa o Trevor Philips attraversa il Grand Senora Desert per procurarsi l'equipaggiamento militare necessario per il colpo di Paleto. Un convoglio è diretto verso Fort Zancudo, con due Crusaders che scortano un camion Barracks carico dell'equipaggiamento. Raggiunge il convoglio prima che arrivi alla base e gli sbarra la strada, sfruttando il ciglio della carreggiata e il proprio veicolo per costringere i soldati a combattere.
Il personale militare di scorta apre il fuoco quando il convoglio si ferma. Michael o Trevor uccide le guardie attorno al Barracks e ai Crusaders, poi prende il controllo del camion da trasporto. Il Barracks contiene due casse di equipaggiamento militare, quindi lascia alle spalle il convoglio distrutto e porta il camion fuori dal deserto senza permettere ai soldati rimasti di riprenderselo.
Porta il Barracks al laboratorio di metanfetamina di Trevor a Sandy Shores e lo parcheggia dietro l'ufficio di Trevor. Una volta sceso, chiama Lester per riferire che l'equipaggiamento è stato consegnato.

Curiosità
- ◆The mission can only be done at certain moments of the day, when a Barracks truck spawns and drives to the military base, so the mission may not always be done immediately after completing Paleto Score Setup.
- ◆The truck will drive all the way to Fort Zancudo if the player follows it, and even then they will still be able to steal it without failing the mission, despite the reason for the mission failing if they lose the truck being "The convoy reached the base".
- ◆Occasionally, the Barracks may spawn without the canvas roof. This is the only time this occurs in-game.
