Boadicea è un cavallo mai visto in Red Dead Redemption 2, noto per essere stata la cavalcatura di Arthur Morgan prima che la banda di Van der Linde raggiungesse Colter. Arthur la acquisisce qualche tempo prima di quel viaggio e le si affeziona profondamente. In seguito descrive Boadicea come "un gran cavallo", e i suoi ricordi chiariscono che per lui è molto più di una cavalcatura temporanea.
Arthur perde Boadicea prima degli eventi a Colter, anche se le circostanze della sua perdita non vengono descritte. Senza di lei, prende in prestito Taima per un certo periodo. Taima è soltanto un rimpiazzo temporaneo, e Arthur ottiene presto un altro cavallo dopo aver perso Boadicea.

- ◆One popular theory suggests that she is the cut Liver Chestnut Hungarian Half-bred, as the horse possesses high stats and the horse's color and breed would fit the description of what is most likely her namesake: Boudica, the red-haired Celt queen who was famous for her prowess in war.
- ◆However, datamining has found that the Liver Chestnut Hungarian Half-bred was intended to be ridden by Alfredo Montez in Red Dead Online. Despite this, it is still an unfounded possibility that the horse was originally intended to be Boadicea, but was scrapped, and then repurposed for Montez only to be scrapped again.
- ◆Another theory suggests that she is the bareback horse who stares at Arthur with perked up ears in his journal drawing of Blackwater during the prologue.
- ◆This is further supported by the fact that Arthur will draw every unique breed of horse he rides in his journal, with this being the only horse he draws prior to Colter.
- ◆Boadicea's fate is currently unknown, but given as Arthur refers to her only in the past tense, it's speculated that she had been killed during the course of the Blackwater Massacre.
- ◆In camp, there is an item called "Arthur's horseshoe" which appears hanging next to photos of Lyle, Dutch, Hosea, and Copper and due to the sentimental nature of most items at Arthur's tent, it is unconfirmed but possible that it belonged to Boadicea.
