Il Double-Barreled Shotgun è un fucile a due colpi prodotto da D.D. Packenbush. Utilizza Shotgun Ammo, comprese le cartucce Regular Buckshot, Incendiary Buckshot, Slug ed Explosive Slug. Le sue due canne possono sparare in rapida successione, conferendogli la potenza necessaria per abbattere rapidamente quasi qualsiasi bersaglio a distanza ravvicinata.
È potente e letale a corto raggio. La ricarica richiede più tempo rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri fucili, ma possiede una cadenza di fuoco più elevata e gittata e precisione migliori del fucile a canne mozze. L'arma contiene due cartucce alla volta, con una riserva massima di 120 munizioni.
Dopo "Paying a Social Call" nel Chapter 2, il fucile può essere preso alla fine della missione ed è venduto dagli armaioli per $95. Si può trovare anche nella casa di Algie Davison a Catfish Jacksons oppure saccheggiarlo dalla Hermit Woman. In Red Dead Online, diventa disponibile per l'acquisto al Rank 30.
