Micah's Revolver è un vecchio Double-Action Revolver un tempo appartenuto a Micah Bell. La sua struttura in acciaio brunito è abbinata a un'impugnatura personalizzata rossa e nera con un teschio, mentre sulla canna sono incise le parole "Vengeance is hereby mine." Non può essere personalizzato. Il revolver contiene sei colpi, può portare fino a 100 colpi di Revolver Ammo e utilizza Revolver Ammo.

Dopo "American Venom", Micah's Revolver viene recuperato sul luogo della sparatoria a Mount Hagen. Il corpo congelato di Micah può essere saccheggiato lì, lasciando l'arma all'uomo che l'ha portata con sé nello scontro finale. Non viene venduto da un armaiolo né può essere acquistato in altro modo. Una sola copia alla volta può occupare il suo posto nell'inventario delle armi.

Il revolver può essere ottenuto anche prima della fine della storia, quando Micah viene disarmato durante una sparatoria. In "Old Friends", un O'Driscoll può sottrargli l'arma durante una colluttazione e lasciarla cadere, e lo stesso può accadere in altre missioni in cui è presente Micah, inclusa "An American Pastoral Scene." Prima di "Blessed are the Meek?", Micah può anche lasciarla cadere nella cella della prigione di Strawberry.

◆Compared to the regular Double-Action Revolver, Micah's Revolver has a slight boost in damage, instead being equal to that of the Cattleman Revolver. It also has a slight boost in accuracy, but all other stats are identical.
◆In the beta, his revolvers were iron-plated with blackened steel cylinders and the barrels were longer.
◆Despite the fact that Micah uses two of these, only one is lootable from his corpse.
◆Micah's body will remain on the summit of Mount Hagen until the player obtains his gun, and disappears off-screen once it's collected.
◆Despite seemingly losing his revolvers in the shipwreck, Micah uses them while he is in Guarma. He is the only member of the Van der Linde gang to use his regular weapon set while on the island.
◆It's very likely that Micah had kept the guns on his person during the shipwreck, meaning that he either was sleeping with the guns or grabbed them before departing with the ship.
