Micah's Revolver é um velho Double-Action Revolver que pertenceu a Micah Bell. A arma tem uma estrutura de aço escurecido e uma empunhadura personalizada em vermelho e preto, marcada por uma caveira. No cano está gravada a frase "Vengeance is hereby mine." Ela não pode receber personalizações. O revólver comporta seis tiros, leva até 100 munições de Revolver Ammo e usa Revolver Ammo.
Depois de "American Venom", Micah's Revolver pode ser recolhido no local do tiroteio em Mount Hagen. O corpo congelado de Micah pode ser saqueado ali, deixando a arma junto do homem que a portava durante o confronto final. Ela não é vendida por armeiros nem obtida por compra. Só uma unidade pode ocupar seu espaço no inventário de armas por vez.
O revólver também pode ser obtido antes do fim da história quando Micah é desarmado durante um tiroteio. Em "Old Friends", um O'Driscoll pode arrancar a arma dele e deixá-la cair, e o mesmo pode ocorrer em outras missões com Micah, como "An American Pastoral Scene." - ◆Compared to the regular Double-Action Revolver, Micah's Revolver has a slight boost in damage, instead being equal to that of the Cattleman Revolver. It also has a slight boost in accuracy, but all other stats are identical.
- ◆In the beta, his revolvers were iron-plated with blackened steel cylinders and the barrels were longer.
- ◆Despite the fact that Micah uses two of these, only one is lootable from his corpse.
- ◆Micah's body will remain on the summit of Mount Hagen until the player obtains his gun, and disappears off-screen once it's collected.
- ◆Despite seemingly losing his revolvers in the shipwreck, Micah uses them while he is in Guarma. He is the only member of the Van der Linde gang to use his regular weapon set while on the island.
- ◆It's very likely that Micah had kept the guns on his person during the shipwreck, meaning that he either was sleeping with the guns or grabbed them before departing with the ship.
