Woły to udomowione bydło gatunku Bos taurus w Red Dead Redemption 2 i Red Dead Online. W grze występują woły Angus i Devon, a obie rasy mają także warianty byków. Są dużymi roślinożercami, żywiącymi się trawą, sianem i kiszonką. Zwykle przebywają z krowami w zagrodach, choć czasem ranczer prowadzi wołu po pobliskim pastwisku albo drodze.
Można je spotkać na ranczach i farmach w Butcher Creek, Braithwaite Manor, Caliga Hall, Downes Ranch, Emerald Ranch, Guthrie Farm i Hill Haven Ranch. Wół może stać się agresywny, gdy ktoś wejdzie do jego zagrody albo go potrąci. Rozjuszone zwierzę próbuje bodnąć cel, a ranczerzy mogą wrogo zareagować na zabicie wołu na swojej ziemi.
Z wołu pozyskuje się Ox Hide, Ox Horn i Prime Beef. Skóra oraz rogi służą do wytwarzania przedmiotów.
