Gang members Dutch van der Linde, Arthur Morgan, John Marston, Bill Williamson, and Lenny Summers attack Bronte's mansion from the river to get rid of the threat of Bronte's men and to take revenge for the trolley station setup.

Em Lagras, Arthur Morgan se junta a Dutch van der Linde, John Marston, Bill Williamson e Lenny Summers em um barco. Thomas os conduz por Bayou Nwa até os fundos da mansão de Angelo Bronte, em Saint Denis. O grupo desembarca em um píer, pula o muro e atravessa o terreno. Quando os homens de Bronte fecham o caminho, Arthur e os demais abrem fogo. Eles eliminam os guardas do lado de fora e entram à força na mansão.
Lá dentro, o grupo combate os guardas de Bronte no andar térreo antes de subir para procurá-lo. Eles encontram Bronte em um dos quartos. Ele tenta apontar sua pistola para John, mas a arma falha, e John o deixa inconsciente. Arthur põe Bronte nos ombros enquanto o grupo volta pela casa. Homens da lei cercam o local, e Arthur, Dutch, John, Bill e Lenny abrem caminho pelas ruas e pelo pântano até o barco.
Enquanto Thomas leva o grupo pelo bayou, Bronte desperta e discute com Dutch. Ele zomba da vida de Dutch como fora da lei e oferece dinheiro aos outros para que se voltem contra o líder. Dutch não lhe dá ouvidos. Ele agarra Bronte, o afoga na água e joga seu corpo para um jacaré. Arthur e John observam em silêncio enquanto o barco leva o grupo de volta a Shady Belle.

Curiosidades
- ◆After drowning Bronte, Dutch says to John, "It is us, or him! I figure it might as well be him." Years later, a similar line is spoken by John himself during his confrontation with Javier Escuella: "It's you or me, the way I see it, it might as well be you."
- ◆At the start of the mission, while on the way to Bronte's mansion, Arthur has a slight cough, another sign of his advancing tuberculosis.
- ◆Dutch calls Bronte a "repulsive little maggot" as he's drowning him. Pearson can be heard saying this to Uncle when he insults Pearson's cooking in one of the camp encounters.
- ◆There are two documents which can be collected during the mansion raid. One document is a note of racketeering numbers for Saint Denis business. And another document is a telegram to Police Chief Lambert, telling him to place his men near the trolley station.
- ◆This mission title is a parody of an age-old proverb, "Revenge is a dish best served cold."
- ◆When the gang begins breaking into Bronte's mansion, Arthur will receive a Double-Barreled Shotgun from Dutch. If the player already carries two longarms, it will replace one of them.
- ◆Dutch can be seen picking up said Double-Barreled Shotgun on the right side of the fountain, which results in the icon disappearing from the mini-map.
- ◆Despite being given by Dutch, the weapon is actually the player's own Double-Barreled Shotgun and will carry over any upgrades or customizations already applied to this weapon.
- ◆If the player shoots the doorknob with any weapon before Dutch passes you the shotgun, he will instead sling it on his shoulder and wait for Arthur to kick the door in. This is one of the only cases of Dutch carrying a longarm in game.
- ◆If the player takes too long to get to the door, John will open it instead.
- ◆Bronte is carrying $150, which can be looted after he is knocked out during the raid. The money can be used to pay off the bounty gained by the raid.
- ◆Bronte's Mauser Pistol, which he throws at John, can be picked up before grabbing his unconscious body, despite the weapon not being unlocked until the Chapter 5 mission "That's Murfree Country".
- ◆If the player fires a shot before entering Bronte's mansion, John will react to it.
- ◆The alligator that eats Bronte once he is thrown off the skiff is shown earlier, when the gang reaches the back of Bronte's mansion.
