MTL Fire Truck представляет собой двухместный пожарный автомобиль в Grand Theft Auto V и GTA Online. Его кузов сохраняет облик Fire Truck из GTA IV, а общий силуэт свободно основан на пожарных машинах Pierce и International. Он окрашен преимущественно в красный цвет Los Santos Fire Department, с белыми и жёлтыми полосами снизу, обозначениями "Class 1", "32" и "36", янтарными огнями на крыше и по бокам, работающими передними спецсигналами и номерными знаками спереди и сзади.
Для тяжёлого грузовика Fire Truck энергичнее разгоняется и легче поворачивает, чем его предшественник из GTA IV. Более высокооборотистый двигатель и короткие передачи делают его реакции более управляемыми, а тормоза работают эффективнее. При этом он уже не так легко расталкивает другие машины. У него переднее расположение supercharged 24-клапанного двигателя, задний привод и пятиступенчатая коробка передач.
Подразделения Los Santos Fire Department выезжают на пожары, вызванные игроком, а Fire Truck можно вызвать через 911, выбрав Fire Dept. Он появляется у пожарных станций Paleto Bay, Davis, Rockford Hills, El Burro Heights и Fort Zancudo, возле Los Santos International Airport Fire Station и через дорогу от задней части South Los Santos Medical Center. В улучшенных версиях GTA Online Warstock Cache & Carry продаёт его за $3,295,000. - ◆Hitting an occupied Fire Truck with an unarmed melee attack, including while riding a motorcycle in GTA Online, will cause the firemen on board to go aggro on the player. Before dismounting to fight, the driver will attack with the water cannon, while the passengers proceed to curse at and flip the player off.

- ◆Passive Mode in GTA Online is disabled when entering the truck, as the water cannon is considered a weapon. This is also the case with the RCV.
