Alligator создан на основе американского аллигатора, Alligator mississippiensis, крупной рептилии с зеленой чешуей, длинным хвостом, широкой пастью и выступающими глазами. Он обитает в болотах и речных дельтах Bayou Nwa. Обычный и малый американские аллигаторы представлены как отдельные варианты со своими записями в compendium, хотя относятся к одному виду.
Аллигатор является высшим хищником и питается рыбой, птицами, земноводными и млекопитающими. Бронированные пластины делают его опасным на близком расстоянии. Он может быстро убить человека, схватив его туловище челюстями и мотая из стороны в сторону. Несмотря на размеры, его шкуру и пластины пробивает ружейный выстрел.
С аллигаторов добываются Alligator Skin, Big Game Meat, Alligator Tooth, а с небольших особей также Alligator Carcass. Их шкуры, мясо и зубы используются в пищу и для изготовления предметов. - ◆Shooting at or near an alligator when they're basking will make them flee towards water. Chasing them while they flee will make them turn around and attack. Shooting them while they're threatening the player will make them attack.
