Eastern turkey vulture обитает в Lemoyne, Ambarino и New Hanover. Птиц этого подвида также можно встретить среди крупных птиц на утёсах над Twin Stack Pass в центральной части New Hanover. Western turkey vulture живёт в West Elizabeth и New Austin. Vultures появляются в разных местах большей части центральных регионов, но самая крупная популяция находится в New Austin.
