يصل John Marston إلى مخيم Luisa Fortuna في Campo Mirada، حيث تخبره بأن Captain Vincente de Santa يقود مذبحة في Sepulcro. تطلب Luisa من John إيقافه هو وجنوده. يمتطي John حصانه مع المتمردين باتجاه المقبرة، آمرا إياهم بحبس نيرانهم حتى يعطيهم الإشارة. تقطع طلقات الرصاص القادمة من Sepulcro تقدمهم، فيسرع John إلى الأمام بينما يقتل رجال De Santa المتمردين في الداخل.
يدخل John إلى Sepulcro ويقاتل عبر الجنود المكسيكيين، مع إبقاء De Santa حيا. حين يفر الكابتن، يلاحقه John عبر المقبرة، ويمسك به باللاسو ويعيده إلى المتمردين. يضرب De Santa ليستخرج منه مكان Bill Williamson وJavier Escuella. يقول De Santa إن Javier موجود في Casa Madrugada. يمكن لـJohn أن يقتل De Santa بنفسه أو يتركه لمتمردي Reyes.
يتجه John إلى Casa Madrugada ويجد شوارعها خالية على ما يبدو. وبينما يفتش المستوطنة بحثا عن Javier، يخرج جنود مكسيكيون من الطوابق العليا والطابق الأرضي للمبنى الكبير أمامه. يقتلهم John، ثم يتحدث إلى عاهرة. تخبره بأن Javier لم يكن في Casa Madrugada منذ أشهر، وأن De Santa أرسله إلى فخ.

- ◆During the mission "The Gates of El Presidio," Abraham Reyes will talk to you about the death of Captain De Santa. His quotes will change depending on whether the player or the rebels killed De Santa.
- ◆The shootout sequence in this mission is very similar to another Rockstar Games title mission, "Los Sepulcros" from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and even shares a variation of its name with the cemetery.
- ◆When De Santa is running from Marston he can lead him the same way as cattle if he’s on his horse.
- ◆If the rebels and De Santa are in the right spot, when De Santa pulls out his weapon he will engage with the rebels and ignore Marston.
- ◆De Santa has infinite revolvers and rifles when he start shooting at John. No matter how many time you disarm him he will pull out another weapon.
