• ◆This mission title is kind of a reference to the Biblical Abraham, who is referred to as the "father of many nations".
• ◆John mentions the name of his son Jack for the first time in this mission, during the travel with Luisa.
• ◆When Marston explains to Luisa about how revolutions are, he says that "there're guns and money but there is no freedom". This is foreshadowed that in 1914 after overthrowing President Sanchez, Abraham proves to be no better than him as the evidence on the newspaper states after the first Mexican Revolution.
• ◆John's comment about not wanting his son to become a man like himself foreshadows the events of "Remember My Family", where Jack ultimately does become like John as he begins his life as an outlaw, after avenging his father's death three years prior.
• ◆In a conversation with Luisa about revolution, John alludes to Dutch van der Linde’s fall from grace when he says "Until people forget what they’re shooting for and just enjoy killing for its own sake." This is a reference to how Dutch went from committing violent acts in the name of his ideals of a free Wild West to killing for his enjoyment.
• ◆When Luisa asks John if he has any experience with explosives, John replies, "A little, been a long time." This is a reference to the mission "The Bridge to Nowhere" in Red Dead Redemption 2.
