• ◆On the way to commit the robbery, Arthur makes comments in regard to the state of notoriety of the gang during the passing weeks, to which Trelawny replies, "All this trouble... you gentlemen are becoming quite the celebrities, aren't you? Soon you'll be on the front of a dime novel... and dead, of course." This would prove to be an educated assumption, since the Van der Linde gang would go on to become popular folk songs and pulp novels eight years later.
• ◆Before starting the mission, Trelawny can be seen doing a magic trick with a playing card if Arthur stands away from him and uses binoculars.
• ◆If the player hasn't already obtained one, Trelawny will give them a lock breaker for free.
• ◆The player has the option to kill Chester Damsen and the others on the stagecoach when Trelawny distracts her, which leads to him saying "God, these amateurs! Why do I bother?", mounting his horse and riding away. Afterwards, the player finds Trelawny at a crossroad, who expresses his disappointment in Arthur not following his directions.
• ◆If this is the last main mission to complete before "A Short Walk in a Pretty Town", Trelawny will give Arthur a message from Bill about meeting him in town to help the Grays with something before speaking with Alden.
• ◆When Trelawny and Arthur are sitting on their horses at the farm, waiting for the stage coach to arrive, the player can ride off about 10m to the left, off the road, turn around and ram Trelawny's horse (aim for the front), so both Arthur and Trelawny fall off. Trelawny will start walking towards the stage coach, while his horse stays put. Depending on timing, two different things can happen - either Trelawny catches up with the stage coach in time, or he doesn't. If he catches up with the stage coach, his horse is suddenly teleported to him, and his conversation with Chester Damsen starts, but at the same time her singing starts. If Trelawny doesn't catch up with the stage coach in time, he is teleported back to the starting position, where his horse is, but if the player keeps riding behind the stage coach they will hear the conversation between Trelawny and Chester Damsen, while the stage coach just continues on and on, heading back into Rhodes.
