Los Santos Golf Club, also known as the Los Santos Country Club, is a golf business at the GWC and Golfing Society in Richman, Los Santos. Any of the three protagonists can purchase it after "Friends Reunited" for $150,000,000. It is the most expensive property available to them, and its $264,500 weekly income is also the highest among the game's properties.

Tivoli Cinema, also called Tivoli Theater, is a movie theater in Morningwood, Los Santos. It stands at the intersection of Morningwood Boulevard and Cougar Avenue. It is one of the city's three cinemas where films can be watched, alongside the Oriental Theater and the Ten Cent Theater.

The Ten Cent Theater is a cinema on the corner of Sinner Street and Integrity Way in Textile City, Downtown Los Santos. It is one of Los Santos's three cinemas, alongside the Oriental Theater and Tivoli Cinema, where films can be watched for an admission fee. The theater also operates in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Doppler Cinema is a movie theatre business on Vinewood Boulevard in Downtown Vinewood, Los Santos. It sits beside the Oriental Theater, a Blazing Tattoo shop, a souvenir shop and the Von Crastenburg Hotel. Compared with those neighbouring venues, the Doppler appears plain and worn down. Hookies is a family seafood restaurant and North Chumash landmark on the Great Ocean Highway in Blaine County. Behind the restaurant's public role, it is a front for methamphetamine distribution. Its visual design is based on the Seafood Restaurant.

Vespucci Helipad is a helicopter storage property on Shank Street in Puerto Del Sol, Vespucci, Los Santos. Higgins Helitours operates from the site, with its name displayed at the entrance and on the hangar buildings. A Pegasus Concierge office is also located there. The facility has a floating dock connected to Puerto Del Sol Marina, boat cranes along its western side, and a boat ramp between the southern jetties.

Los Santos Customs is a vehicle repair and customization chain in San Andreas, taking the place of the Pay 'n' Spray garages from earlier games. It is modelled on West Coast Customs, a real company known for offering similar work. Its garages repair land vehicles and fit visual or performance modifications, from body parts and paint to armor, brakes, engines, suspension, transmissions, turbo tuning and spoilers.

The Car Scrapyard is a business property in El Burro Heights, Los Santos, south-west of the Murrieta Oil Field. Any of Michael, Franklin or Trevor can buy it for $275,000 after Friends Reunited, with Michael able to purchase it after Fame or Shame. Wesley, the scrapyard's foreman, welcomes the new owner to the scrap business.

Sonar Collections Dock is a purchasable business at Paleto Cove in Blaine County. Any of the three protagonists can buy it for $250,000 after The Merryweather Heist. The purchase provides access to a Submersible and makes the dock the base for recovering nuclear waste from the waters around San Andreas. It also counts toward game completion.

Smoke on the Water is a medical marijuana dispensary in La Puerta, Los Santos. Its name refers to a song title and plays on the dispensary's marijuana trade and its setting near the beach. West Coast Classics plays inside the business.

Downtown Cab Co. is a taxi business based on Los Angeles's LA Checker Cab Co. Its depot occupies the corner of Tangerine Street and Mirror Park Boulevard in East Vinewood, Los Santos. The company uses Vapid Stanier taxis in its own livery, and its cabs operate throughout Los Santos. They can also collect passengers in Blaine County when the area can be reached.

LSPD Auto Impound, also called Davis Towing Impound, is a towing business in Davis, Los Santos. It occupies the corner of Innocence Boulevard and Roy Lowenstein Boulevard beside the Davis Police Station. Casey's Highway Clearance owns the company before Franklin Clinton takes it over.

McKenzie Field Hangar is a business at McKenzie Field Airstrip in Grapeseed, Blaine County. Trevor can buy it after completing Nervous Ron for $150,000, and it counts towards game completion. Rather than producing regular passive income, the hangar makes money through the work launched from the airstrip.

The Hen House is a small, cheap nightclub at the junction of Paleto Boulevard and Duluoz Avenue in Paleto Bay, Blaine County. It has no accessible interior. The club is modelled on the former El Reventon Nightclub, and is presented as a gentleman's bar under the management of Logan.

Puerto Del Sol Marina is a vehicle storage property in Puerto Del Sol, Los Santos. Modelled on Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles, it provides a berth for boats rather than an income-producing business. It does not count toward completion, and its purpose is to give an owner a place for watercraft.

Grove Street Garage, also known as Auto Fix Factory, is a vehicle garage for Franklin Clinton in Davis, Los Santos. It stands on Grove Street near Davis Ave, with the entrance reached from a small car park beside the building. Graffiti covers much of its ground-level exterior, while automotive company logos are painted on the walls. A ladder in the car park provides access to the roof, and an LTD Gasoline branch stands opposite.

Pillbox Hill Garage is Trevor Philips's vehicle storage property in Grand Theft Auto V. It occupies the Vapid of Los Santos building on Adam's Apple Boulevard in Pillbox Hill, Los Santos. The entrance is reached from the small car park beside the building, giving Trevor a place to leave cars in the central Los Santos district.

Vinewood Garage is a vehicle storage property for Michael De Santa in Grand Theft Auto V. It is in East Vinewood, Los Santos, and gives Michael a separate place to keep cars away from his home garages.
