- โDuring the development of the game, Soulwax FM was known as Radio Soulwax or RSWX, as seen on the beta radio wheel.
- โThis is the fifth radio station in the series that plays techno music, since the appearance of The Fix FM in .
- โThis is one of the two radio stations that wasn't updated for the enhanced version of GTA V, along with East Los FM.
- โThe song "El Sucu Tucu" appears to be an edited version by Soulwax, since it features more bass drops and samples. Some are partially from the song before, "The Strange Art", but not all.
- โSome of the songs were given higher pitches or faster tempos compared to their original versions. This can be easily compared when one listens to the radio station, then listens to each of the songs in the Rockstar Editor music selection. It is most likely due to the fact that Soulwax FM is a set where all songs transition to one another in similar sound, keys or tempo, with some songs slowly transitioning in audio when a song is about to end. Such changes include:
- โ"Stock" by Palmbomen has a faster tempo, being a remix of the original more slower song.
- โ"Fatal Error" by Fatal Error has more drumming and cymbal clashing.
- โ"Let's Beam Him Up" by Supersempfft has a higher pitch and is shorter than the other songs.
- โ"Mingi" by Mim Suleiman has the last synth-like keys from "Let's Beam Him Up", which continue to play throughout the song.
- โ"El Sucu Tucu" by Matias Aguayo has more bass and keys.
- โ"Naive Response" by Daniel Avery now has low pitch in tune, also being called "Naive Reception" in game.
- โ"Tryouts" by Zombie Nation has low pitch in tune.
