Player notes
The Bookie, Simon of Wales and the Announcer are part of the street fighting racket in Saint Denis, Lemoyne. The Bookie records wagers and takes bets on the fighters. Simon is a Welsh fighter who appears in the local bouts. The Announcer presides over the matches, working the crowd while carrying a Schofield.
During the second part of the epilogue, they gather for a fight between Charles Smith and Simon of Wales. John Marston arrives as the Bookie accepts wagers on the result. John may put his money on Charles or against him, while the Announcer prepares the two men for the contest.
The Announcer tells Charles and Simon to keep the fight relatively clean, then starts it with a gunshot. He calls the action as the crowd watches. Charles defeats Simon by knocking him to the ground. Once the bout is over, the Bookie pays those who backed Charles.
