Bray Aberdeen is an American pig farmer who lives at Aberdeen Pig Farm in Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne, with his sister, Tammy. Their parents are dead, and the siblings remain in the home where they grew up. Bray presents himself as a warm host to strangers, though his hospitality conceals a scheme to rob them. He and Tammy are lovers, and he is quick to become violent when their victims return.
In Red Dead Online, Bray and Tammy welcome the protagonist to the farm and offer food. Tammy suggests that the visitor may be able to help them, and the pair name people travelling by stagecoach from Saint Denis to Van Horn whom they want brought back to the farm. Once that job is done, Bray and Tammy remain available there with further work involving coach robberies, killings, and horse or wagon thefts.
In Red Dead Redemption 2, Bray rises from his chair on the porch when Arthur Morgan approaches and presses him to join the siblings for dinner. Inside, he directs Arthur upstairs to see Tammy, then joins them at the table. The Aberdeens persuade Arthur to drink, drug him, take his money, and leave him in a ditch among corpses in the surrounding woods. When Arthur returns to Aberdeen Pig Farm, Bray meets him with hostility and draws his Cattleman Revolver. Arthur can overpower the siblings and recover the stolen money from their safe.
Trivia
- โIt is impossible to hogtie or pick up Bray, as his mass is too large for the player.
- โIt is heavily implied that he and his sister murdered their mother. If Tammy is tied up and placed in the shallow grave, she starts to panic and cry, apologizing to her mother. Bray writes in his journal that they fed the dead parents to the pigs of the farm.
- โAdditionally, in the house's bedroom, the player can find a bedside family picture depicting the Aberdeen family; the parents' eyes have been scratched out.
- โIf the player kills Bray, Tammy flies into a rage and attacks the player with a knife. Likewise, if the player kills Tammy, Bray becomes enraged and shoots at the player with a Cattleman Revolver. If disarmed, he will resort to using a knife.
- โNeither sibling will stop pursuing the player until they begin a mission.
- โThe player can encounter a camper who mentions the siblings and how they offered him dinner.
