Chester Damsen is an American singer known for her poor voice. She enters Arthur Morgan's story when Alden Carruthers passes on word of a stagecoach robbery opportunity involving her.
Arthur and Josiah Trelawny find Chester travelling in the coach with guards. Trelawny begins performing for her, then invites Chester to sing in return. Her singing keeps the guards' attention on Trelawny.
While the guards are distracted, Arthur slips around to the rear of the stagecoach and takes its contents. He and Trelawny ride away and divide the money. A later newspaper article, "Opera Singer Robbed", reports Chester's robbery.

- โChester may be based on amateur soprano singer Florence Foster Jenkins. Florence was both mocked and renowned as the world's worst opera singer, all the while seemingly oblivious to her own poor singing abilities and completely convinced of having talent.
- โShe can be killed and looted optionally if the player decides to attack her stagecoach directly, instead of going along with Trelawny's charade.
