Roscoe Brenner is an American gunsmith who runs the gun store in Tumbleweed, the town in Gaptooth Ridge, New Austin. Around 1898, he is one of the town's residents and conducts his trade from the shop, carrying a Cattleman Revolver. He has no recorded involvement with the wider conflicts surrounding the region.
When the player visits Tumbleweed, Brenner provides the town's firearms service. Ammunition and new weapons are available through his counter, while firearms already owned can be altered there. The shop also supplies gun oil, bandoliers and gun belts.
Brenner's premises offer more than gunsmithing. A bath can be rented at the store, and it also has a hotel room available for the night. His whereabouts after Tumbleweed is abandoned are unknown.

- โIf the player uses exploits or mods to visit his store as Arthur in 1899, Roscoe will comment how Blackwater is still swarming with Pinkertons.
