Tammy Aberdeen is a pig farmer at Aberdeen Pig Farm in Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne. She lives in the childhood home with Bray Aberdeen, her brother and lover, after the deaths of their unnamed parents. Beneath a welcoming manner, Tammy shares Bray's predatory life at the farm. The siblings receive passing travelers, feed them and rob them, while their relationship is openly incestuous.
In Red Dead Redemption 2, Bray invites a visitor into the house to rest and dine. Tammy joins him at dinner, where the pair make polite conversation before offering a drink. If the visitor takes it, the drugged drink leaves them unconscious in a shallow grave full of bodies outside the estate, stripped of their money. Should the drink be refused, Tammy later offers stew, which produces the same outcome.
When the robbed visitor returns to Aberdeen Pig Farm, Tammy is shocked into a stutter before she attacks with a kitchen knife. Bray soon enters the fight. If both siblings are killed, the stolen money can be recovered from a hidden safe in the house. In Red Dead Online, Tammy and Bray greet the protagonist at the farm and offer food before hiring them to intercept a stagecoach travelling from Saint Denis to Van Horn and bring its passengers back. They remain at the farm afterwards, providing further work involving coach robberies, killings, and stolen horses or wagons.

- โIf the player hogties Tammy and places her in the shallow grave outside the estate, she begins to panic and cry. She is heard apologizing to her mother, implying that she and her brother murdered her.
- โAdditionally, in the house's bedroom, the player can find a bedside family picture depicting the Aberdeen family; the parents' eyes have been scratched out.
- โIf the player kills Bray, Tammy flies into a rage and attacks the player with a knife. Similarly, if the player kills Tammy, Bray becomes infuriated and shoots at the player with a revolver.
- โIf the player kills Tammy, they won't lose honor.
- โIf Tammy kills the player, and they return to the pig farm after respawning, she will break the fourth wall, asking how the player keeps coming back.
