Timothy A. Donahue

In 1899, Timothy A. Donahue works the streets of Saint Denis in Bayou Nwa as a self-proclaimed author and supposed philanthropist. Near the Bastille Saloon, he promotes a book called Get Rich Quick, promising prosperity for the price of a copy. Donahue is a middle-aged man with thinning black hair swept over to one side and a moustache. He wears a caramel plaid suit, a red plaid vest and a matching puff tie.

When the protagonist approaches Donahue, he offers Get Rich Quick for fifty dollars. If the sale goes through, the book soon proves to be a fraud. If the protagonist threatens him before buying it, Donahue panics and runs through Saint Denis. He can be chased down, tackled and hogtied, and his belongings include the book and other items.

A later meeting gives the protagonist the chance to demand the money back. Donahue refuses to settle the matter and flees again. The protagonist may let him escape, or pursue him and take back the fifty dollars after killing or hogtying him. Donahue's fate is left there, on the streets of Saint Denis.
