The Course of True Love IV

At Beaver Hollow, Arthur receives a letter from Penelope Braithwaite. He opens it and learns that Penelope wants his help to leave with Beau. She says she is waiting in a cabin behind Braithwaite Manor and asks Arthur to come to her. The message directs him away from Beaver Hollow and back towards the Braithwaite property in Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne.

Arthur travels across Scarlett Meadows in Lemoyne to Braithwaite Manor, following Penelope's directions to the cabin at the rear of the estate. Her letter makes clear that she and Beau intend to run away, and that she needs Arthur's help before they can leave. He arrives at the property, goes behind the manor, and locates Penelope at the cabin, where she said she would be waiting.

Arthur starts a conversation with Penelope at the cabin. As they speak, he tells her that people in Boston will appreciate her views on women's rights. Penelope remains behind Braithwaite Manor, still waiting to run away with Beau. Arthur has answered the letter that brought him from Beaver Hollow, and their meeting continues at the cabin on the Braithwaite estate.
