John Marston se reúne con Nigel West Dickens en Armadillo, después de que el vendedor se recupera de sus heridas. West Dickens ya ha ideado otra forma de vender su medicina y le pide a Marston que conduzca su carro hasta Ridgewood Farm. Durante el trayecto, explica que Marston debe hacerse pasar por un granjero más del público y ser elegido como voluntario por aparente casualidad. Cerca de la granja, West Dickens le ordena bajar para que nadie los vea llegar juntos.
En Ridgewood Farm, Marston se mezcla con los vecinos mientras West Dickens comienza su discurso de venta. El timador lo llama para probar el elixir y organiza varias pruebas destinadas a demostrar sus supuestos efectos. - ◆After the mission, West Dickens will remain idle on his wagon. If the player approaches or acts aggressively towards him he will start to run away or shoot at Marston, but cannot be killed. It is then possible to take his wagon, though doing so may incur a bounty.
- ◆Earnest Seahorn is the man who helps Aquila up. Earnest is commonly mistaken for Randall Forrester, the cannibal from the Stranger side-mission "American Appetites".
- ◆There is a chance that West Dickens may kill a local while riding into the farm by hitting them with his stagecoach.
- ◆Among the crowd that gathers around Nigel West Dickens is Alfred Winlock, Earl Driscoll, Bert Venters, Errol Hewitt and Archibald Andrews.
- ◆If the player misses the skull on the house, a cutscene will play where John will look upset and Nigel will tell the crowd "He is still getting used to his new vision!"
- ◆An unnamed character with John Kelby's Character Model can be seen in the crowd.
- ◆Using the Social Club cheat, Punch Out, will cause the player to fail the mission while fighting Aquila as it kills NPCs in one punch.
- ◆Since the Dead Eye Meter is infinite during this mission, as Aquila constantly shoots John, he will be invincible in Dead Eye Targeting.
- ◆This mission title is a parody of "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor", one of the commandments cited in Exodus 20:16 and Deuteronomy 5:20.
- ◆While the game encourages the use of Dead Eye, there is absolutely no requirement to use it whatsoever.
