John Marston retrouve Nigel West Dickens à Armadillo après que le vendeur s'est remis de ses blessures. West Dickens a une autre méthode pour vendre son remède et demande à Marston de conduire son chariot jusqu'à Ridgewood Farm. Pendant le trajet, il explique que Marston se fera passer pour un simple fermier dans le public avant d'être choisi comme volontaire de manière apparemment fortuite. Près de la ferme, West Dickens lui demande de se coucher afin que la foule ne fasse pas le lien entre eux.
À Ridgewood Farm, Marston se joint aux habitants tandis que West Dickens entame son argumentaire de vente. L'escroc l'appelle pour essayer l'élixir, puis organise des épreuves censées démontrer ses prétendus effets. Marston tire sur un crâne placé sur un bâtiment éloigné, puis fait voler le chapeau d'Aquila. La foule observe West Dickens présenter chaque exploit comme une preuve du pouvoir du tonique.
Aquila provoque Marston à un combat à mains nues, et Marston le bat avant que le fermier ne sorte une arme. Marston désarme Aquila d'un tir, mettant fin à l'affrontement sans le tuer. West Dickens exploite le résultat pour poursuivre son numéro devant la foule rassemblée à Ridgewood Farm.

Anecdotes
- ◆After the mission, West Dickens will remain idle on his wagon. If the player approaches or acts aggressively towards him he will start to run away or shoot at Marston, but cannot be killed. It is then possible to take his wagon, though doing so may incur a bounty.
- ◆Earnest Seahorn is the man who helps Aquila up. Earnest is commonly mistaken for Randall Forrester, the cannibal from the Stranger side-mission "American Appetites".
- ◆There is a chance that West Dickens may kill a local while riding into the farm by hitting them with his stagecoach.
- ◆Among the crowd that gathers around Nigel West Dickens is Alfred Winlock, Earl Driscoll, Bert Venters, Errol Hewitt and Archibald Andrews.
- ◆If the player misses the skull on the house, a cutscene will play where John will look upset and Nigel will tell the crowd "He is still getting used to his new vision!"
- ◆An unnamed character with John Kelby's Character Model can be seen in the crowd.
- ◆Using the Social Club cheat, Punch Out, will cause the player to fail the mission while fighting Aquila as it kills NPCs in one punch.
- ◆Since the Dead Eye Meter is infinite during this mission, as Aquila constantly shoots John, he will be invincible in Dead Eye Targeting.
- ◆This mission title is a parody of "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor", one of the commandments cited in Exodus 20:16 and Deuteronomy 5:20.
- ◆While the game encourages the use of Dead Eye, there is absolutely no requirement to use it whatsoever.
