Trevor entra nel Yellow Jack Inn a Sandy Shores e incontra Tao Cheng, che è ubriaco, e il traduttore di Cheng. Irritato dal comportamento di Cheng, Trevor comincia ad andarsene, ma il traduttore lo persuade a mostrargli la sua attività. Trevor porta Cheng e il traduttore verso il laboratorio di meth al Liquor Ace su Algonquin Boulevard. Durante il tragitto, Chef chiama per avvertirlo che gli uomini di Ortega si stanno preparando ad attaccare il laboratorio a causa del conflitto tra Trevor e Ortega.
Chef incontra Trevor fuori dal Liquor Ace, temendo che gli assalitori possano arrivare da un momento all'altro. Trevor costringe Cheng e il traduttore a entrare nella cella frigorifera per la loro sicurezza, poi raggiunge Chef all'interno del laboratorio. Gli uomini di Ortega assaltano l'edificio a ondate successive. Trevor e Chef difendono il piano superiore dai primi arrivati, poi si spostano all'esterno mentre altri membri della gang si avvicinano. Se Ortega è sopravvissuto al loro precedente incontro, si unisce all'attacco e Trevor lo uccide durante lo scontro.
Chef conduce Trevor dall'altro lato dell'edificio, dove gli consegna un Grenade Launcher per affrontare i veicoli e gli assalitori sottostanti. Tornano davanti al Liquor Ace ed eliminano gli uomini rimasti. Con l'assalto terminato, Trevor apre la cella frigorifera e cerca di riprendere gli affari con Cheng. Il traduttore è troppo scosso per continuare e se ne va in auto con Cheng. Chef chiede se Trevor vuole ancora che venga cucinato un altro lotto, e Trevor accetta.

Curiosità
- ◆Trevor locking Cheng and his translator in a freezer might be a reference to The Hangover Part 2, where the trio lock Chow in a freezer because they thought he was dead, but later found out he was alive.
- ◆Small snippets of this mission can be viewed in the second in-game trailer.
- ◆When Trevor enters his Bodhi at the beginning of the mission, the radio will always be tuned to Soulwax FM and Tao will be dancing to whichever song is playing, suggesting that this could be his favorite radio station. He will also dance along if the radio is tuned to LS-UR (enhanced version only), FlyLo FM or Non-Stop-Pop FM.
- ◆After Trevor traps Tao and his translator in the ice box and the shootout begins, the player can sometimes see that some of Ortega's men are in fact Vagos, and can be heard yelling things such as, "Vagos run this, bitch!" and "Oh, shit they got another Vago!". This is a developer oversight. The same dialogue is heard in GTA Online missions that involve the Vagos.
- ◆The truck that breaks through the gates cannot be destroyed until it does so.
- ◆This is one of the few occasions for the player to obtain a Phoenix or a Dubsta2, if the vehicles didn't explode during the mission.
- ◆The Phoenix that spawns on the east side of the Liquor Ace building, next to the red containers, will always spawn with a Utility Black body color, which is unobtainable in Los Santos Customs. It can also spawn with any pearlescent color from the car's regular traffic color sets.
- ◆Due to a glitch, Ortega may still appear in this mission even if Trevor has killed him beforehand.
- ◆Replaying this mission will cause Chef to act as if Trevor spared Ortega in Mr. Philips, even if Trevor killed him in said mission.
