Trevor entra no Yellow Jack Inn, em Sandy Shores, e conhece Tao Cheng, que está intoxicado, e o tradutor de Cheng. Irritado com o comportamento de Cheng, Trevor tenta ir embora, mas o tradutor o convence a mostrar a operação. Trevor leva Cheng e o tradutor até o laboratório de metanfetamina no Liquor Ace, na Algonquin Boulevard. No caminho, Chef liga para avisar que os homens de Ortega vão atacar o laboratório por causa do conflito entre Trevor e Ortega.
Chef encontra Trevor do lado de fora do Liquor Ace, certo de que os atacantes podem chegar a qualquer instante. Para mantê-los em segurança, Trevor tranca Cheng e o tradutor na câmara frigorífica e se junta a Chef dentro do laboratório. Os homens de Ortega atacam o prédio em várias ondas. Trevor e Chef defendem o andar superior contra os primeiros invasores e depois saem quando mais membros da gangue se aproximam. Se Ortega sobreviveu ao encontro anterior, ele participa do ataque e Trevor o mata durante o confronto.
Chef leva Trevor ao outro lado do prédio e lhe entrega um Grenade Launcher para enfrentar os veículos e os atacantes lá embaixo. Os dois voltam para a frente do Liquor Ace e eliminam os homens restantes. Quando o ataque termina, Trevor abre a câmara frigorífica e tenta retomar a negociação com Cheng. O tradutor está abalado demais para continuar e parte de carro com Cheng. Chef pergunta se Trevor ainda quer preparar outra leva, e Trevor aceita.

Curiosidades
- ◆Trevor locking Cheng and his translator in a freezer might be a reference to The Hangover Part 2, where the trio lock Chow in a freezer because they thought he was dead, but later found out he was alive.
- ◆Small snippets of this mission can be viewed in the second in-game trailer.
- ◆When Trevor enters his Bodhi at the beginning of the mission, the radio will always be tuned to Soulwax FM and Tao will be dancing to whichever song is playing, suggesting that this could be his favorite radio station. He will also dance along if the radio is tuned to LS-UR (enhanced version only), FlyLo FM or Non-Stop-Pop FM.
- ◆After Trevor traps Tao and his translator in the ice box and the shootout begins, the player can sometimes see that some of Ortega's men are in fact Vagos, and can be heard yelling things such as, "Vagos run this, bitch!" and "Oh, shit they got another Vago!". This is a developer oversight. The same dialogue is heard in GTA Online missions that involve the Vagos.
- ◆The truck that breaks through the gates cannot be destroyed until it does so.
- ◆This is one of the few occasions for the player to obtain a Phoenix or a Dubsta2, if the vehicles didn't explode during the mission.
- ◆The Phoenix that spawns on the east side of the Liquor Ace building, next to the red containers, will always spawn with a Utility Black body color, which is unobtainable in Los Santos Customs. It can also spawn with any pearlescent color from the car's regular traffic color sets.
- ◆Due to a glitch, Ortega may still appear in this mission even if Trevor has killed him beforehand.
- ◆Replaying this mission will cause Chef to act as if Trevor spared Ortega in Mr. Philips, even if Trevor killed him in said mission.
