L'Albany Police Roadcruiser è una berlina media a quattro porte di classe Emergency in Grand Theft Auto V, con spazio per quattro occupanti. È la versione North Yankton State Patrol dell'Albany Esperanto e conserva il design e le caratteristiche dell'auto normale. Il badge Albany sul bagagliaio è rimosso per lasciare spazio alle marcature della polizia.
La Roadcruiser è verniciata di bianco con strisce laterali dorate e blu, scritte State Patrol sui parafanghi e sul bagagliaio, ed emblemi della polizia sulle portiere anteriori. La parte posteriore reca le marcature "Trooper of the year 1951". Le finiture oscurate, la neve sulla parte superiore della carrozzeria, sui paraurti e sui finestrini, e le catene da neve le conferiscono il suo aspetto North Yankton.
North Yankton State Patrol utilizza la Police Roadcruiser come auto di pattuglia delle forze dell'ordine, mantenendo una flotta affiancata dalla Police Rancher nel 2004. - ◆The car is internally defined as a sports car in the handling data. Therefore, if driving around town in it, pedestrians will comment on it positively, even though it is just a police car.
- ◆The car features the unit number 86 on the roof, but it is not visible in game as it is permanently obscured by snow. The number can be seen on the texture for the police livery.
- ◆In the enhanced version, there is a chance that a smartphone holder will spawn in the interior of the car. This is an anachronism, as modern smartphones did not exist in 2004. This is most likely a developer oversight.
