تُعد Albany Police Roadcruiser سيارة سيدان متوسطة الحجم بأربعة أبواب من فئة Emergency في Grand Theft Auto V، وتتسع لأربعة ركاب. وهي نسخة North Yankton State Patrol من Albany Esperanto، وتحتفظ بتصميم السيارة العادية وخصائصها. أُزيلت شارة Albany من صندوقها الخلفي لإتاحة المساحة لعلامات الشرطة.

تأتي Roadcruiser بطلاء أبيض مع خطوط جانبية ذهبية وزرقاء، وكتابات State Patrol على رفارفها وصندوقها الخلفي، وشعارات الشرطة على الأبواب الأمامية. ويحمل الجزء الخلفي علامات "Trooper of the year 1951". وتمنحها الزخارف السوداء، والثلج المتراكم على هيكلها العلوي ومصداتها ونوافذها، وسلاسل الإطارات مظهر North Yankton.

تستخدم North Yankton State Patrol سيارة Police Roadcruiser كسيارة دورية لإنفاذ القانون، وتحافظ على أسطول منها إلى جانب Police Rancher في عام 2004. تشمل تجهيزاتها شريط طوارئ بأربعة مصابيح، وكشافات على القائم A وهوائيين على السقف. وسلاسل الإطارات تجميلية، رغم مظهرها الذي يوحي بأنها معدات للطرق المثلجة والجليدية.

◆Crashing into walls will detach the lightbar located on the roof. This also happens with the Police Rancher.
◆The car is internally defined as a sports car in the handling data. Therefore, if driving around town in it, pedestrians will comment on it positively, even though it is just a police car.
◆The car features the unit number 86 on the roof, but it is not visible in game as it is permanently obscured by snow. The number can be seen on the texture for the police livery.
◆In the enhanced version, there is a chance that a smartphone holder will spawn in the interior of the car. This is an anachronism, as modern smartphones did not exist in 2004. This is most likely a developer oversight.
