تُعد Declasse Park Ranger مركبة SUV للطوارئ بأربعة أبواب ونسخة تابعة لـ San Andreas State Park Rangers من Granger. يحمل هيكلها الأبيض خطوطاً خضراء وعبارات PARK RANGER وأختام Los Santos County، مع مصدات وأقواس عجلات سوداء. وتميزها عن الطراز المدني قضيب دفع مزود بونش، وكشافات على دعامات A، وهوائيات على السقف، وأضواء طوارئ حمراء وزرقاء. كما تستخدم جنوطاً سوداء بطابع صناعي وتأتي بزجاج معتم بدرجة دخانية خفيفة.
في Grand Theft Auto V، يستخدم Park Rangers هذه المركبة في Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness وCassidy Creek. ويمكن أن تظهر قرب Mount Gordo، وفي Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office، وعلى الطرق الترابية خلف Paleto Bay، وفي Beaver Bush Ranger Station في Vinewood Hills، وحول برج البث عند Vinewood Sign. وقد تزور إحداها أيضاً موقف سيارات Bolingbroke Penitentiary. يمكن لـ Trevor بدء مشهد لتبديل الشخصيات داخل واحدة منها على طريق Grand Senora Desert السريع بينما تطارده Sheriff Cruisers.
تُعد هذه الـSUV من أقوى المركبات أداءً ضمن فئتها، بفضل تسارعها القوي وسرعتها القصوى المرتفعة وتعليقها المتماسك ومكابحها الجيدة وقدرتها الفعالة على القيادة خارج الطرق. يحافظ نظام الدفع الرباعي فيها على حركتها بصورة جيدة فوق التراب والرمال، بينما يتيح لها وزنها وعزمها شق طريقها عبر حركة المرور والأسوار وحواجز الطرق. تتسع لما يصل إلى ثمانية أشخاص، بينهم أربعة على الخارج يمكنهم إطلاق Assault Rifles وLight Machine Guns. يمنح دخولها Carbine Rifle مع 30 طلقة. في GTA Online Enhanced and Expanded، تبيعها Warstock Cache & Carry بعد إحراز تقدم في Shoot Animals Photography Challenge.

- ◆In the missions The Civil Border Patrol and An American Welcome, it is seen that people can sit in the trunk of the vehicle, which is normally not possible.
- ◆Before Patch 1.12, the Park Ranger was classed as an SUV. However, after the patch was released, it has been properly recategorized as an Emergency vehicle. It could have been used in a race, and it was even possible to apply a paint job instead of the Park Ranger livery.
- ◆Oddly, the player can still select the Park Ranger after the latest patch, albeit they select a race as "GTA" and use the SUV category. They will also be able to respray the Park Ranger.
- ◆The push bar is different from any other push bar in the game, which somewhat resembles those from LCPD (NYPD) cars, in real life and in GTA IV.
- ◆In one of the early screenshots of the game, NOOSE TRU officers can be seen driving it.
- ◆On the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 versions of the game, the vehicle features unusable lights behind the front windshield, appearing to be derived from its unmarked counterpart.
