Declasse Park Ranger представляет собой четырёхдверный SUV класса Emergency, созданный на основе Granger для San Andreas State Park Rangers. Белый кузов украшен зелёными полосами, надписями PARK RANGER и печатями Los Santos County, а бамперы и расширители колёсных арок окрашены в чёрный. От гражданского Granger его отличают pushbar с лебёдкой, прожекторы у передних стоек, антенны на крыше и красно-синие спецсигналы. Также у него чёрные колёса промышленного типа и слегка тонированные стёкла.
В Grand Theft Auto V Park Rangers ездят на нём по Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness и Cassidy Creek. Машина может появиться возле Mount Gordo, у Sheriff's Office в Paleto Bay, на грунтовых дорогах за Paleto Bay, у Beaver Bush Ranger Station в Vinewood Hills и возле передающей башни рядом с Vinewood Sign. Ещё один Park Ranger может заехать на парковку Bolingbroke Penitentiary. При переключении на Trevor он иногда оказывается за рулём этой машины на шоссе в Grand Senora Desert, когда за ним гонятся Sheriff Cruisers.
Этот SUV относится к самым сильным в своём классе по ходовым качествам. У него хорошее ускорение, высокая максимальная скорость, жёсткая подвеска, достойные тормоза и уверенное поведение вне дорог. Полный привод помогает сохранять ход на грунте и песке, а масса и крутящий момент позволяют пробиваться через поток машин, ограждения и блокпосты. В нём помещаются восемь человек, включая четверых снаружи, способных стрелять из Assault Rifles и Light Machine Guns. При посадке выдаётся Carbine Rifle с 30 патронами. В GTA Online Enhanced и Expanded Warstock Cache & Carry продаёт его после прогресса в Shoot Animals Photography Challenge.

- ◆In the missions The Civil Border Patrol and An American Welcome, it is seen that people can sit in the trunk of the vehicle, which is normally not possible.
- ◆Before Patch 1.12, the Park Ranger was classed as an SUV. However, after the patch was released, it has been properly recategorized as an Emergency vehicle. It could have been used in a race, and it was even possible to apply a paint job instead of the Park Ranger livery.
- ◆Oddly, the player can still select the Park Ranger after the latest patch, albeit they select a race as "GTA" and use the SUV category. They will also be able to respray the Park Ranger.
- ◆The push bar is different from any other push bar in the game, which somewhat resembles those from LCPD (NYPD) cars, in real life and in GTA IV.
- ◆In one of the early screenshots of the game, NOOSE TRU officers can be seen driving it.
- ◆On the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 versions of the game, the vehicle features unusable lights behind the front windshield, appearing to be derived from its unmarked counterpart.
