Quando Hell Hath No Fury termina, Bill Williamson resta a Manicato per sorvegliare Javier Escuella, ferito. Arthur Morgan si unisce a Dutch van der Linde, Micah Bell e Hercule Fontaine in un assalto alle difese costiere di Alberto Fussar. Superano di nascosto le prime sentinelle e piazzano esplosivi sulle batterie di cannoni che impedirebbero a qualsiasi nave di lasciare Guarma. Le cariche distruggono i cannoni, ma i soldati convergono sul gruppo mentre avanza lungo la costa e nei campi oltre essa.
Arthur, Dutch, Micah e Hercule combattono fino al complesso in cui Fussar tiene prigioniero Captain Levi Simon. Dopo aver eliminato le guardie all'esterno, Arthur entra da solo nell'edificio del capitano. Levi gli si scaglia addosso e lo tiene sotto tiro. Dutch punta l'arma contro Levi, poi Fussar entra e punta la propria contro Dutch. Arthur calcia un fucile sul pavimento verso Levi, che spara al proprio carceriere al petto. Fussar fugge dalla stanza, mentre Arthur e Dutch portano fuori il capitano.
Il gruppo scorta Levi lungo la strada verso la riva, facendosi strada tra gli uomini rimasti di Fussar. Fussar prende il controllo di una Gatling Gun in una torre che domina il loro percorso. Arthur raggiunge un cannone e fa fuoco sulla torre, abbattendola e uccidendo Fussar. Sull'acqua, Arthur, Dutch, Micah e Levi si separano da Hercule prima di salire su una barca. Con Guarma alle spalle, salpano attraverso il Caribbean Sea diretti in America.

- ◆This mission title is kind of a parody of the 17th century poem Paradise Lost and its sequel book Paradise Regained by John Milton.
- ◆Starting with this mission, Arthur's eyes become slightly bloodshot, and remain that way for the rest of the game while he is playable. His "Wellbeing" status also shows "Unwell", reducing Arthur's Core regeneration rates by 5%.
- ◆If the player had a different weapon in the long-arm back slot during "Hell Hath No Fury", it will be replaced with a Bolt Action Rifle for this mission.
- ◆At the end of the mission, as the Van der Linde gang return to America via the Van Horn Trading Post, Arthur tells them, "It feels like... like our luck has turned... you know... and it ain't turning back", a line he recalls later in "A Fork in the Road" if his Honor is low.
- ◆At the end of the previous mission, "Hell Hath No Fury", the map will display a marker for this mission given by Bill Williamson. However, the mission will begin automatically, making the marker useless.
- ◆When Arthur is knocked down by Levi and Fussar enters the room, Dutch pulls out both his revolvers and is locked in a Mexican standoff. This happens again later.
