Po Crystal Maze Michael, Franklin albo Trevor mogą podejść do tarczy w Yellow Jack Inn, w Grand Senora Desert niedaleko Sandy Shores. Mogą zagrać podczas spotkania z inną postacią albo samotnie zmierzyć się z miejscowym przeciwnikiem. Mecz rozpoczyna się przy tarczy, a każdy z graczy ma 301 punktów.
W każdej kolejce gracz rzuca trzema lotkami w numerowane pola. Czarne i białe pola dają wskazaną wartość, zewnętrzny kolorowy pierścień ją podwaja, a wewnętrzny potraja. Zewnętrzna część bulla jest warta 25 punktów, zaś środek 50. Celownik drży podczas przygotowania rzutu, lecz można go na chwilę ustabilizować, by precyzyjniej wycelować.
Wynik spada po każdym trafieniu, gdy gracze ścigają się do dokładnego zera. Ostatnia lotka musi trafić w podwójne pole albo w bull. Jeśli gracz zejdzie poniżej zera lub zostawi wynik, którego nie da się zakończyć podwójnym trafieniem, kolejka zostaje anulowana, a poprzedni wynik pozostaje bez zmian. Gra kończy się, gdy jeden z nich poprawnie kończy partię w Yellow Jack Inn.
