Benefactor Feltzer to dwuosobowy pojazd klasy Sports, występujący jako dwudrzwiowy roadster i coupé. W Grand Theft Auto V jest mocno zmodyfikowanym samochodem sportowym rozwiniętym z Feltzera z GTA IV. Ma poszerzony body kit, wentylowane poszerzenia błotników, sportową maskę, elementy z włókna węglowego, większe koła, zmienione reflektory i boczne wydechy. Jeden kolor lakieru obejmuje też przeszycia we wnętrzu.
Na tyle oraz błotnikach znajdują się oznaczenia, a wzór jego kół jest wspólny z Fusilade i Sentinel. Wśród modyfikacji spojlera są GT Wing oraz Low Level Spoiler. Feltzer kosztuje $28,000.
Wysokoobrotowy silnik V8 supercharged oraz sześciobiegowy układ z silnikiem z przodu i napędem na tylne koła zapewniają Feltzerowi szybkie przyspieszenie. Ma niższą prędkość maksymalną niż inne auta Sports, przeciętne przyspieszenie i słabsze hamulce, lecz lepszą przyczepność. Rozkład masy przesunięty ku tyłowi może wywołać poślizg w zakręcie, ale czułe zawieszenie i łatwiejsze do opanowania uślizgi sprawiają, że nadaje się do driftu.

- ◆As with the Comet, the Feltzer has two different instrument panels depending on the version of the game. The original version's instrument panel is similar to one found in the E46 generation of the BMW 3 Series, while the enhanced version's instrument panel evokes the W140 Mercedes-Benz S-Class' dashboard, and is the only Benefactor vehicle with this dashboard.
- ◆The gauges in the enhanced version very closely resemble gauges that appear on late 80's Mercedes-Benz vehicles, particularly those found on high-end models. This is shared with other vehicles, such as the Verlierer and the Bullet.
- ◆According to the ambient files, the Feltzer is one of several named vehicles in-game that make up distant car sounds. Other vehicles include the Entity XF, Cheetah, Comet, Daemon, Carbonizzare, Vacca and Banshee.
