Dewbauchee JB 700 to dwuosobowy, dwudrzwiowy grand tourer z klasy Sports Classics. Długa maska, zaokrąglona kabina, chromowane zderzaki, szprychowe koła i owalny grill nawiązują do brytyjskich oraz włoskich samochodów sportowych z lat 60. Wzorowano go przede wszystkim na Aston Martinie DB5 kojarzonym z filmami o Jamesie Bondzie. Nazwa odwraca też 007, tworząc 700.
W Grand Theft Auto V JB 700 można kupić w Legendary Motorsport za $475,000. Wersja sprzedawana przez salon ma wyłączone uzbrojenie. Ciemnostalowy egzemplarz pojawia się na planie Richards Majestic Productions podczas Deep Inside i można go zachować po tej misji. Porzucony później samochód trafia do LSPD Auto Impound, gdzie da się go odzyskać za $250.
JB 700 ma silnik z przodu i napęd na tylne koła, przyzwoite przyspieszenie oraz znakomitą prędkość maksymalną, wspólną ze Stingerem. Lekka, niska sylwetka zapewnia mu stabilność, choć przy dużej prędkości tylny napęd może wywołać nadsterowność. Jest też jednym z najlepszych aut do driftu i wytrzymuje czołowe zderzenia oraz ostrzał. W Deep Inside i Pack Man filmowy samochód używa karabinów maszynowych i caltrops przeciw pościgowi, a także ma fotel wyrzucany i kuloodporną tylną osłonę.

- ◆The name "JB 700" is a play on James Bond and his DB5. "JB" is James Bond's initials, while "700" is "007" backward.
- ◆The Legendary Motorsport also describes the JB 700 as a vehicle for misogynistic, drunk British spies, a reference to James Bond's habits.
- ◆The "movie version" of the JB 700, one of the five cars Devin Weston tasked Franklin Clinton to steal, features usable machine guns (in Pack Man) and even the ejector seat (in Deep Inside) inspired directly from the Aston Martin DB5 from Goldfinger, the third James Bond film. The license plate for the car reads "4G3NT" or "agent" showing more inspiration from Bond and his DB5.
- ◆The mounted guns attached to the vehicle are not visible in the second GTA V trailer, unlike in the final release of the game.
